work on clearing rats from my basement and sealing holes as well as adding screening for under the house has been very effective. I also appreciate the follow up on a monthly basis to check traps which have been placed under the house and garage. I need to do more work with the garage, but family illness has kept me from having the time to complete planning for that project.

I love the technicians but your scheduling system is terrible. I have often had my quarterly appointments every two months so I get charged extra. You really need to work on that.

Terminex is easy to deal with, they respond quickly to calls for help, and although they are pricy, you get what you pay for. Friendly, good customer service, and good business practices. They’re great.

I had to request a supplemental treatment to deal with ants in the house. No problems getting the problem resolved. The tech came the next day and sprayed. So far so good. The only negative in the process is the phone system. Even though I called the local number I end up talking to someone far away,

On time, full service every time, technician is thorough and tells what they did that day. Always asks about the indoors. That’s all you ask of them. Get rid of bugs especially ants and rodents. We had a major ant infestation inside or house and I used Terro and it wiped them out in 2 days so no help was needed indoors.
