Dana (my current service person) is very helpful in answering my various questions about bugs, termites, treatments, etc. So far, he is my 6th service person since I've started having quarterly service some 25 years ago (not all with Terminix) and Dana is one of two that takes times to address my concerns-- very accommodating and informative. The saying goes, “it is the people that make the company.” We are so fortunate to have the technician Daryl maintain our home as an employee of Terminex.
If his diligence is the motto of the company, Daryl comes through with flying colors. He has impeccable communication skills. This is so important so the customer understands the process and does not waste their time waiting for the arrival of a technician.
He makes it clear before his arrival and what will take place when he comes to the property. Daryl reiterate what he will do throughout the process. By doing this safety becomes a priority for the homeowner and their pets.

Clearly the technician explained what he found and what he was doing. And how to get quick se4vice if any problems arise.

The terminix employee who take care of our home was very clear in explaining what treatments he was doing, why he was doing it and what precautions I need to be aware of
