Do not get notified when a service is upcoming, no chance to change it or cancel the date. I only receive notification that the tech is on the way. Or which property? No complaints about my tech, he always does a thorough job on both my properties!

We really like the gentleman that comes yearly for the outdoor inspection. I'm not crazy about how the office/appt set up and billing part of the company are run.
