Technician came to the door, introduced himself, and told me what he was going to do. And said if he found anything he would brief me personally. Well, nothing was found so he texted me the results which was fine.
Your technicians are prompt and and professional. They provide service in a timely, friendly manner. Chris has always taken time to answer my questions and address any issues I may have.
Overall good service ... No Problems ... Would like better customer to technician communication ... with technology today ... should be able to text alerts when "On The Way" .... or "When completed" .... We have dogs in a fenced in yard ... but before the technician comes would make it easier to be sure to put the dogs up and then when leaving to let them back out ... Just a suggestion that would add to the experience.
