Excellent service and communication.

I’ve been using Terminix for years. They’ve always been professional, courteous, and on time. I like that they send me a notification the night before they’re coming out or they’ll notify me if they are running late. I also like getting copies of the service that was provided.

Jay is very helpful and makes sure the problem is delt with. The problem ants and they have infected the whole neighborhood. But he comes and re-ups us more protection.

Alex our service representative has done a great service. So far we are very pleased.

Very nice and polite

I have a 3 story house that is prone to getting cobwebs on the outside. The last several technicians said, for various reasons, that they couldn’t get the high cobwebs. My very first Terminix technician got them, and Steven did, too, so i am very happy with his service. He didn’t give me excuses why he couldn’t do it, he just got them. Thank you Steven!!

Scott was GREAT! Made sure to tell us everything that is included with each service. He is extremely knowledgeable about your products and what they will do. When providing each service (we have termite and ant protection), he is very thorough, and makes sure to tell us what to expect (like someone calling to make sure we are home so we can find alternate date). I hope you know, you have a great employee there.

I like the fact that you reach out to me to let me know when my next service is due. The technicians are always polite and friendly. They always notify me either in person or by text if they found anything around the house. And their prices are good!

I am only recommending because I have had reasonable service since 1973 until recently. Not expecting the horrendous hassle I've just experienced I didn't unfortunately keep all the dates. I found some shavings {?} which I thought were from termites and reported it. Arounf June 6th an Inspector came and determined it was NOT termites but some other infesttatin and was going to order another pest inspection and spraying. Notrhing happened! A customer Serice Rep. saiid she would order an inspection, Nothing happened! I got to speak to the original Inspector who said he was unable to find a Pest Control contract and so was ubable to order another inspection and spraying. This after having had sercie since 1973!! after numerous contacts with Customer Service I had a "no-shows" on Jul 3rd, 6yh and 7th!! Finally Mr. Damon Hale arrived on July 14th. He was extremely apologetic for what had recently occured, friendly and professional .He and his companion swept and sprayed my whole house and garage, and left me satisfied at last. One other complaint I have is that at no time would Customer Service let me speak to my local Provider, and all the "local" numbers given were directed to Customer Service. I feel that my local provider might have sorted this out from the beginning. [NAME REMOVED] [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED]
