Our Technician, Richard Culpepper, is great! He has been servicing our site for 5-6 years now, maybe longer, and ever since we have had no issues. Prior to Richard, it was a revolving door for Technicians and pests. If Richard was to leave Terminix, I'd follow him.

I called and spoke with the office staff and they were very polite and helped me with getting my job completed in a very timely manner. They turned me right over to Raymond the area sales representative who immediately understood the jobs that I’m working on. He came out the very next day and assessed the the problems I was having and had two gentleman out the very next day to spray for me. I will be using them for my next six jobs I have in Texas. All of the employees were very polite, professional, and did a very professional job. My company more than pleased with all aspects from start to finish.

Our technician, Seneca, is on time, thorough, and friendly. He always asks us to call him back for any unresolved pest issues. We rarely have to do that because his extermination methods work the first time.

In addition any questions regarding pest control removal he is able to answer, and if not he will gladly point you in the right direction to get it solved.
