TERMINIX has been consistent in performing the quarterly and annual Pest Control and Termite maintenance services at my home for several years now. The Service Technician lets me know when he is coming for each service. When the Technician arrives, he asks if there are any pest control concerns. After the maintenance service, the Technician lets me know what was done and sends me a Report of Service completed. A bonus is that if a pest control concern shows up before the next scheduled service, Terminix will send a Technician to take care of the problem. Now that is what I consider 100% maintenance coverage.

Damani is very accommodating as I told him I left the basement unlocked so he could spray in there when I wasn't home, and I forgot to!! So he came out again the next day to treat the basement! Terminix has done a wonderful job at my house. When I moved in six summers ago, my home was invested with everything! We have worked together to gain control and it is a much nicer home to live in now! Thanks Terminix!
