I have been a customer of Terminix for several years. My home is serviced quarterly for General Pests and also for protection against rodents. I have no complaints with their service and my service technician, John Umpleby is the best. He always notifies me the day before he is coming and once he completes the service on my property, he notifies me of what services he has performed and any findings he feels needs my attention. I will continue to use Terminix for as long as I can afford them.

Neil Gottfried helped us with our meal moth problem. His visit couldn’t have come at a better time. We are putting the house on the market and had moths flying around the house. Thanks to Neil, the problem has been resolved.

We are a loyal customer since 1997 when we bought the house. I like how they call ahead before coming for the service and email a detailed report of the service provided. If anything is needed to be looked at, I just let them know. Staff (Danny our service technician) is friendly and personable.

Your employee is always extremely polite & competent!! He actually brings my delivered news paper from the end of our long driveway and puts it just outside our front door! To my wife and I it’s the little things that count ! If we encounter each other when I’m leaving for work and he’s spraying he always stops comes over to me to answer any questions we may have and explains exactly what he’s spraying for. We own our own business and I wish my employees were more like him !! My compliments to your HR personnel !! Anthony Giordano, homeowner.

The tech knows what he is doing. Has knowledge of what chemicals he distributes and exactly what they do when they are effective. So he can then evaluate his own plan and upgrade when necessary
