Mr. Ashcraft was very nice not to mention was very informative. One of the best Terminix services we have ever had, which is saying something considering we have had Terminix service for 25 years plus. Cody was very polite and explained what he was doing and was very thorough in letting us know the conditions under our house, told us about a broken drainage pipe we were not aware of. He took the time to locate and replace the bait stations. We were very impressed by this young man.

The gentleman who completed our services was very thorough and extremely polite. He asked about the status of the interior (no issues at all) and worked hard to clear out problematic areas on the exterior. We are pleased with how the Terminex staff works to help us maintain a safe environment and guarantees against termite damage.
