I have received good service from Terminix. The bat exclusion service was expensive but necessary. They added insulation to the attic at the same time, but that cost was separate and expensive too. The workers were professional and friendly, and they worked quickly to complete the job.

My termite bait station check was scheduled for August 22, 2025 between 8 and 10 a.m. When the service tech did not show up, I called terminir and found out that my appointment had been rescheduled that same day to between 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. but nobody bothered to contact me to let me know. It was very frustrating.
