Terminix has been Awesome - except this last visit was somewhat different. The representative found a pregnant black widow spider in my crawl space so therefore, he did not check under my house for termites. I told him that he could have killed it, but he explained it would be in his report why he did not check under my house. I went out the next day and my crawl space door was open wide enough that an animal could have crawled in. I found the black widow and killed it. This is the second time my crawl space door has been left open after an inspection. Can you please tell them to close the door when done? - Thank you.

Good service. Service technician shows up on time and also let’s us when he will be out a couple of days ahead of time.
