The service man is friendly and very courteous. However, the company is a problem. I some how have three different accounts. i would like to have one account. I have one for the original termite contract to which my login is tied to and has not active treatments. One contract for the pest control. One contract for the new termite traps. I don't respond well to email to make payments because they could be fraudulent. Calling the help line is impossibly long.

Cannot find the name of the technician who serviced 500 Bayview and 770 Bayview...may have been Steve...he did an outstanding service...he combined the two properties into one service call...something I have been asking Terminix for 10 years...finally!!

The guys came out and did an excellent job of fixing water damage around the edges of my roof caused by old, stopped up gutters. They pulled the old gutters off, repaired, replaced and painted damaged wood. Put new seamless gutters with leaf screens up and was finished in two days. All in all, they did a great job and the gutters work great!
