Howard has been servicing our store since 11/17/2022. I know this because he has been texting us the day of service every month without fail. He takes his job seriously and is always porfessional, thorough, and kind. We have had techs in the past that essentially do nothing so without him I don’t know how the service would be.

Joseph is a jewel, you are very lucky to have such a fine dedicated young man working for your company like Joseph. We as a customer are lucky to have him on our route as a serviceman. I was fortunate to have a service tech Calvin Rogers dedicated enough to take care of my building problem. He wouldn’t give up until he eradicated the pests from the apartments. He never disappointed me. He showed up on time and if he was running late he would call or text. He has a great personality and work ethics. He’s a wonderful technician.

Calvin is great - he's been helping us over the last year. He's always smiling, and his positive attitude is infectious. Really glad that he's our regular tech with Terminix. He's also accommodating with scheduling as our availability often changes due to meetings. Keep up the great work Calvin!
