The staff has been very professional and helpful. I recently called in to review the notices about our contract renewal terms and appreciated the patience of the gentleman who assisted me. I like how I am notified in advance of service and am looking forward to the next visit when the termite bait stations will be inspected to see what is happening.

Austin is great. He always ensures cobwebs removed and answers all my questions. We’ve had issues with mice under our fire pit and he placed traps which have helped. He reminds us of any issues in between services, just to call. And I like that we get reminders before service day.

Terminix comes through and takes care of the problems whether it’s ant infestation or flea infestation. And if we needed extra services they came out and take care of the problem again until it’s gone.

Terminix’s website is user friendly to navigate. The service technician contacts me a day or so before servicing. An alert gets sent prior to their arrival. Service always asks of any concerns that I am having.
