The terminix technician was prompt, professional and articulate. He explained what he would be doing, spraying, etc. He was friendly and explained how the termiix sprays etc. would help prevent future pest outbreaks.

Our current technician is very dependable, honest and very hard-working. He works with us on time schedule limited insect from our yard. We definitely depend on Terminix for the cleanliness of our yard. Dave should be committed for his commitment to his job.

Your office staff and field technicians are easy to work with. I haven't had an issue with anything inside my house, other than the occasional spider, which is wonderful. Matthew Pagan is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've do recommend Terminix to friends and family when asked.

The technician is usually quite thorough! Additionally, he send as advance text message so that I can communicate any areas I might need to have addressed, replacement of materials very adhesive strips and so forth. My only concern (not his fault) is that the solutions used are not as effective as in years past! Supposedly, this occurred because of environmental concerns that birds and pets were impacted negatively Finally, this request for feedback is sent almost after each visit! I have been a Terminix customer at this home since 2006 and before that for 23 years at my previous home! How many feedback notes do you expect from me! Enuf! Enuf!
