Let me start by saying, if you raise the rates one more time, I will cancel my service. It seems that every six months the rates increase. One more time and I will cancel my service. Now, one of the reasons I stay with Terminix is the service tech, Juan who just completed my service the week of 4/21/25. He's professional, knowledgeable and he's the reason I am still with Terminix.

Bottom line, the treatments work. My home in the past was a spider haven. Now, just an occasional spider shows up because their food source has been eliminated. I was telling a friend yesterday over lunch how pleased I am with my Terminix service and the technician who does the service. I like that it is the same person,George Bonvoi, shows up each quarter. The communications are timely and informative. I’m very pleased with Terminix and the service provided.
