I'm very happy with the effectiveness of the various treatments AND the quality of the technicians who come out to apply the treatments. I used to be inundated by spiders, which means there was plenty of things for them to eat around! Not any more. The communication is great. If you have questions, they do a great job of explaining it in terms a layman can understand. George B has been performing quarterly treatments to the exterior of my home and provides great service! Other interactions with Terminix people has also been very positive. I recently did recommend Terminix to a friend thinking about tenting for termites.

Very happy with George Bonvie, my Technician's service performance every 3 months. He is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about Terminx's products and Services pertaining to Structural Pest Control. hope we have him regularly since my last Technician with Eco Pro wasn't to my satisfaction and I cancelled with them.

Mr. Author Johnson has serviced my home for the past 6 years. ( June 29, 2019) He always communicates in advance several days out before he comes to take care of my home. He is respectful and shows up on time. The Terminix Company is lucky and should treasure this dedicated employee.

I am notified on a timely manner when he is going to service my home. He is very polite when he comes to let me know he is here. After he has completed the services, he updates me on how things look around my home and ask if I noticed any problems inside my home. He is always very nice and polite.
