The customer service and quality of service is amazing. We are lucky to have George be our technician and we cannot say enough good things about him. He is very thorough in his work, gives us full details of the services provided, and he is always prompt and courteous. Since we started using terminix our home has been bug free. We tried every over the counter item and home remedy for ants but to no avail. Terminix offered their services and we couldn’t say yes fast enough. Since we have become customers of terminix, we haven’t had any problems since! Best choice we made!

I always appreciate the technicians that have serviced my home with quality insect control. The maintenance program that is provided has served well. I truly admire the current associate I have named Francisco who goes above and beyond in small very considerate ways, such as bringing my trash bins in from the curb to my back patio when it was trash day. We had one year warranty with a third party Terminix hired to do work at our house. The company for whatever reason would not come back so, Terminix hired a different company and paid for the service. The representative Xavier was very responsive to my calls and handled everything smoothly.
