Signed back up for services and was so happy that there was a same day slot for treatment, we had Michael as our technician and my husband said he was very thorough as he treated our home which my husband really appreciated. He explained everything he was doing and took his time to hit every problem area, his report was very detailed which I appreciated as well

Service is always prompt and Roland has been my tech for many years! He always does an excellent job and is very though. He always lets me know what insects he finds around my property. My main thing is scorpions and fire ants. I rest assured that I will never step on a scorpion in my house! Fire ants are treated each and every time and are a lot less after each treatment. One can never completely irradicate every insect but I feel better after a treatment!

We had a terrible experience with Terminix in Arizona. Setting appointments without consultation for one. Difficult to get them on the phone and cancel inconvenient appointments. This franchise is much better, and James did a good job.

Luis is such a wonderful employee. He always goes above and beyond. He is professional, polite and friendly. I have no unwanted pests or mosquitoes, except for a couple of garter snakes. Luis told me what I can do about that to eliminate them! He takes such pride in his work and communication skills
