Treatments are effective and the polite technicians are on schedule for the treatments. Only problem is that the visits are scheduled without consultation with the customers and have created a requirement for uncomfortable manipulation of personal schedules. Creates a "sometimes" pain in the neck.

Sergio is awesome! Out of all of the technicians we have had, he communicates the best. I know when he is coming and when he has finished services. He is also very responsive in rescheduling services. True asset of the Terminix team. I would have canceled services a while ago if it wasn’t for him.
