I like Terminix, but the ones in charge of the office need to relate to the technicians more info. Technicians do not have correct up to date info. The office personnel schedule times when its not convenient for the customer. I have made appointments and someone in the office changes it.

Our technician, Sam, is so professional and so very knowledgeable! He explains everything to us in a way that we can understand and not feel embarrassed over the things we have overlooked. Our technician makes all the difference! We feel that he is protecting our home! Thanks!

I belong to a neighborhood group and they are always asking for recommendations for treatment of fleas, roaches, fruit flies?? And I tell them I have been with you for 15+years and you have always responded to my requests. Our whole neighborhood had a “biblical infestation” of fleas and I practically had a nervous breakdown; fleas in mailboxes, refrigerators, bed, bathtubs, cars, etc, people were moving away! A whole team came to my house to help. Nothing like that since because I see you regularly. I have recommended you to 5 families lately. Nancy Klapp

This gentleman did the outside only. I told him not to do the inside because I had kids sleeping. He said he does not do inside unless I request it. The other gentleman before him always started on the inside and moved to the outside. So I am not sure if this is a change from the company or change because of the personal. I am happy just don’t quite understand.

All the guys were great and did their jobs well. My questions were answered. Jesus showed me photos of the compromised areas where the critters were getting in and a comprehensive explanation of how they took care of the problems. Thank you. I hope all of this solves the problems, forever!!!

I've been using Terminix since 1987 and haven't had any issues with your company. I've had other opportunities to use another provider, but I'm pleased to stick with you. Given the opportunity, I will refer others to Terminix.

We had a substitute tech and she was really good. I like our regular tech so when they send a sub I always wonder how good they will be. 10+ for her!
