I’ve had the pleasure of working with Marco Valenzuela for many years, and I can honestly say he is always generous, helpful, and respectful. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed to reschedule, he’s been incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. There was even a time when my house was being tented and I was having trouble getting in touch with another contact. I reached out to Marco, and he went out of his way to call them himself so they could get back to me. That level of support really stood out. In all the years I’ve known Marco, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in a bad mood and if he has,then he knows how to hide it, he knows to handle it with professionalism. He consistently provides excellent service, and I truly appreciate his reliability and positive attitude.
