The company is professional, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the main issue I’m currently facing is that after a couple of months of treatment, I’ve seen little improvement regarding the cockroach problem. I was hoping for more noticeable results by now.
The technicians are normally super friendly and listen to any issues. The reports are readable. Also, its obvious they have gone around and checked things.
We were very pleased with Jesse Orosco inspection. Then two men came to clean up and
sanitize the garage, did a good job with all the stuff they had to work around. Matthew Miller
than came out with a girl, for further inspection and was not pleased with her response as she
said that due to the cleaning crew that came b4 their arrival, it made it unclear whereas to place
traps, etc., all evidence was removed. Matthew Miller followed that visit which we felt we needed
more to be done and resolved his previous visit about what had occured. Than Mike came out
a few days later to place traps in attic, under house and garage. We had an appointment with
Mike on the 13th, to check traps and under house but DNS, and lost his phone number to call
to see about rescheduling. So far we have not trapped any mice/rats, so would like someone
to come out to check under the house, attic, and rebate the traps in garage. Mike was very
helpful otherwise.
Very timely and effective service provided. Very helpful customer service representative who communicates openly and guides in resolving any issues.
