My terminix rep, Brian, is the absolute BEST! Somehow, even though he has been my rep for many years, he was taken off my schedule, but I called to get him back on. He is the main reason I stay with Terminix. Always professional, always personable, and always helpful! You are lucky to have such a dedicated technician, and so are we. 10/10 for him and the service he provides.
Ratu was very professional and explained the process well and was efficient. Rating = 10.
On a different note - since I called the 800 number to set up the service, I have been getting spam calls. Don’t sell phone numbers, not cool! That would be a 0 rating.
The score I gave is for the service provided by EDWIN ASENCIO, but not tor Terminix.
We have to consistently request for the same technician, if not, Terminix would assign different technicians without notifying us. I still don't understand why the quarterly service can't be scheduled in advance. There're no email communications for the service appointments in advance. Would only find out the service appointment when the technician texted us a day or two before their arrival. I provided my feedbacks to Terminix many times, but things haven't changed at all.

Terminex has been generally very reliable in both the services I have with them (rodent exclusion and insect control). The folks let me know the day before and then on the day that they're on their way.
Only problem historically has been in getting in touch with Terminex to schedule rodent inspections and pickups. That has improved in recent years
