The Terminix technical rep, Esteban, did a great job treating my condo. He was prepared, shared what he would do to treat my condo and set expectations that I would need to leave as soon as he began. I also understand he will return to treat the condo to ensure the infestation is gone!

Why you guys donot come as much and charged me $800 a year. That is way too much.

Good service delivered. However, the delivery product is changing compared to what they were doing last year. I was informed that the current visit was exclusive for the outdoor perimeter when I mentioned a minor spider issue experienced about four weeks ago. I decided to move on with their current plan because the issue only happened once.
