It started with a great evaluation by Travis, who was exceptional at identifying issues and explaining treatment options. He was professional, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and worked around my schedule when setting appointments. The technician, Matthias Leul, was equally excellent. He knew exactly where to treat and created a plan that accommodated my workspace. He was clearly experienced and did a great job explaining what to expect throughout the process and timeline. Overall, it was a great experience working with Terminix.
