Terminix needed multiple visits to our house, but they didn't hesitate to make them, and at last they seem to have solved our rodent problem. The Terminix service people were always very nice and very professional. My only concern was difficulty reaching people by phone. I could call your national number but it was very hard to reach local people when I needed to reschedule appointments.
