The service technicians are very professional and dependable. They call or text to make appointments and respond through texts if I have a problem or concern. Any time ( day, night or weekends) I can text and they text or call to address my concerns. When they finish their inspections or treatments they send a detailed report of the service they have provided. This saves so much time not having to call the office and have to wait days or weeks to get service. I appreciate all the technician assigned to my properties.

I typically get great service, the come and do the pest control regularly. I have had a couple of other things done. I did have a question about some work that was performed but as of yet, no one has responded to me. I don't want to call anyone out on here but if someone is interested to know I can be contacted.

I find the cost expensive, but I have had nothing but excellent service and the price was worth it when I had a bad infestation. Never want to go through that again. Terminex to the rescue.
