Pricey on additional services, rodent, termite service. Should have a loyalty program for customers that have been with you for 5 or more years like me. I bought my home and this company was the one already servicing the home. No no loyalty discount, we have own this property fornten years now…?

Rey is a good technician, but recently he has not called to let me know he's on the way until less than 1 hrs. Before he arrives. Fort, I have been home to let him in the garage.

I have been with Terminix since 2006. In the beginning (years) I had many different technicians and had issues with service UNTIL Rey Ojeda was assigned to my home. I STAY with Terminix because Rey is my technician and that means he picks up my home even IF I am NOT in his geographic zip code area. Rey is a superior service technician

Our Technician, Bill Leach, is a wonderful ambassador for Terminix. He is the one that we deal with and he is a wonderful person. We would follow him wherever he is.
