My technician communicates very well. My only complaint is the updates on the system or notoriously wrong as when they will come and they payments are never accurate on the system. Example, I pay on line and two weeks later I get a bill for what I just paid for. What a waste of processing time and money.

Great communication with Brenden Robert’s!! He let me know when he would be arriving. Arrived right on time. We met for the first time and discussed what was needed. Brenden went right to work and spent a good 45 minutes getting the job done!! He informed me on what he saw and what he did. The house should be good for 3 months!! Thank you Terminex!!

At this time service was provided in a timely manner, LOTS of notifications were sent regarding service being provided, and price was perfect for me. I had an intro price if $50.00.
