Because the worker calls a day ahead to let me know the time he will schedule for the next day. He also calls when he’s on his way and when he gets here he let me know he’s here and asked are there’s any issues that he need to address more than others… and when he’s finished his job he let me know what all the areas sprayed before leaving and if any problems arises before next visit to called the company to schedule a visit to assist with the problem…
