We have been very pleased with the pest- and termite-control services we have received from the dedicated team of technicians from Terminix. Appointments are easy to schedule in the website and the technicians are always prompt. They communicate with us, which is very helpful. We generally need to call Customer Service only if we have a question about our service contracts when they renew; we have also been happy with the Customer Service reps, who are invariably friendly, knowledgeable and, when necessary, patient.

My contract is affordable and it includes spraying around the house for insects and wasps. Cleaning cobwebs. Outdoor traps for rodents. And getting rid of red ant mounds. They always let me know when they're coming out and I can let them know if I need special attention for things like red ants. I get a report at the end of the visit.
