We have had Terminix for years! We love our service technician, Danny Malone ! He is the best! He is so friendly and nice and gone from in his twenties to in his forties with us! We appreciate Danny and Terminix always here to take care of our pest control! Danny’s long employment shows that Terminix treats their employees right! They also care about pleasing their customers!

"Charles Basco was very knowledgeable about his duties while working for Terminix." He greet me with a smile and explained why he treated specific areas inside the house. While inspecting the exterior, he also shared what he was looking for. This information helps me to identify and monitor potential pests around the home. Yes! I will definitely share my great experience with my friends and family.

The employees are thorough and professional. The guys have noticed that I'm now disabled and instead of ringing the doorbell to give me a report when finished, they send it to me by text. I truly appreciate that convenience. They take care of the additional problems that I mention too. I wish I could call my local Terminix to get additional help in ridding my property of red ants, but I wait until midweek to call their ridiculous call center. I took one point off for that.

I am so blown away by how personable my tech is. He always calls me before and after the service because I’m usually at work. He has made friends with my fur babies so he can go in the fence and inspect the back of the house and the yard when he comes. It’s service like this that sets Terminix above all else! Thank you!
