I appreciate the service provided to us by Terminix. I believe our service began in July and here in mid-November, we continue to have problems with mice/rats in our home. Our guy Charles does a great job checking outside bait stations, etc. and providing us with glue traps but we continue to hear them in various locations and my wife has seen them scurry across the floor. Nine is a pretty good score, but it can be a solid 10 when all evidence of mice/rats has been eradicated. Thank you!
I have used Terminix for over 49 years and have been happy so far. Although concerned about my termite contract cost increasing most years and the contract limiting which termites are covered, I keep renewing for now. Thefe may be a point where I do say "enough is enough" and not renew.
