Terminex is not just pest control in the normal sense of someone who comes out and sprays for bugs monthly They had a team that installed Vapor Barriers in out scrawl spaces a Termite specialist came out and inspected our home then placed in-ground termite baits A rodent specialist came out, found and plugged entry points, put external poison boxes around the property and strategically place baited traps to resolve an infestation of mice that had gotten out of control The also do our traditional Spray and nest/web removal monthly. and when we are ready to sell our house the termite specialist will come back out and provide documentation (Termite Certificate) house is termite free
