WE have had some good luck so far with the box elder problem and the mosquitos. However, we recently discovered that having the bait box for mice next to the Air Conditioner is NOT a good idea. It attracts the mice and then they go into the AC unit for warmth. Unfortunately they chewed through 18 wires of our AC and we had to purchase a new unit. Needless to say we moved the bait box. It might be in everyone's best interest to move all bait boxes from that area.
