They were responsive and took ownership of the issue immediately from the initial inspection. Once I decided to retain them for the year, the rep communicated the time frame for arrival and length of time it would take to remedy the issue. Bruce was efficient and methodical as he laid bait with a full explanation of the strategy being employed. I would highly recommend him/Terminix going forward.
