Fisrt, let me say the pest control service is excellent and technician Kwan Li is outstanding. However, each year I have horrific problem getting appointments for termite inspections. While I have an annual contract for the termite service, on multiple occasions complete 365-day cycles have elapsed without service. I recent contacted the main customer service call line to once again request service. The customer service representative told me and even sent me an email saying that a service appointment has been scheduled for me for September 3rd between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. I waited at home all day long and no one showed up or called.
