In my apartment I have not seen a roach or anything else since my services are provided by Ronald every three months. I have recommended him to my neighbors and they are very satisfied by the service Ronald provides . He is very professional and kind.

I like the tech takes pictures so you can see what has been done. Tech answers questions. I do think the price is too high for having this service. I have been a customer for years. A loyalty discount would be a very nice gesture to repeat customers.

My technician, Bruce Ngumo, was terrific. He was not only efficient and explained what he was doing while I watched, but he also accommodated my tight schedule and showed up at the agreed time.

We were very happy with the two people that came to service our home. Nick came for the inspection and Bruce installed the traps. They were polite and things went smoothly. However, the true evaluation will come in a year when we see the results.

Although an appointment couldn't be scheduled immediately, it was made in a reasonable period of time to address the matter of swarmers appearing. The service person arrived on time and quickly addressed our concerns. We are pleased with the service provided by this representative and with Terminix.

The technician was extraordinary. He replaced 7 of nine bait stations and was congenial and professional from the very outset of his visit. He recommended a 6 month check due to the excessive activity at the stations which I shall schedule. Hopefully I don’t have a swarm this year but if I do I shall my technician Great work. This is TRULY the very time I have been so happy with my technician who didn’t try to minimize my concerns but took them into consideration. God bless

The employee who did the job was called in at last minute, because the regularly scheduled person was not available. He did a complete job and explained what he was doing. He was pleasant and knew what he was doing I was pleased with his performance. He is an asset to Terminix.
