Terminix technician, Mr. Dommonic Watkins, does a great job of inspecting/maintaining my Sentricon termite traps as well as responding to my termite questions and concerns.

Worked with Joe on the estimate and inspection and he was great and very Knowledgeable. He was a straight shooter and very easy to work with. Once signed up Joe had Dominic come out 3 days later. He was also super friendly and knew what he was doing he had our whole house good to go in about an hour. Very pleasant young man. Give him a pat on the back or a raise. He represented your company perfectly!

Technician contacted up prior to his arrival; was polite; listened to a couple of my questions and proceeded with his tasks. He gave me and my wife a verbal summary at the end, with some recommendations. A young lad, but looks like he has potential as a good employee for you all to keep on.

Your agent, ADRIAN BROWN, did such a detailed job examining termite traps in my yard. Some of the traps had never been examined, I don't believe. He broke his shovel trying to excavate some of the traps. Your usual agents do a hit and miss job. Mr. Brown hasn't been working for your company very long. Talking with him, I believe he will continue doing excellent work for Terminix or wherever he is employed.

The Technician, Ken appeared to be concerned about the work to be done. He was cordial and yet professional. He appeared to be knowledgeable and made sure to explain what he did. He also made suggestions to correct the problem.

Your local Terminix technician is great and has been for many years. He does an excellent job. Every time he comes and informs me and explains any questions that I may have. I have not been as pleased with the process of making the payment and getting ding notices because my payment wasn’t sent in on time when I have never received a statement, I called and they said they would stop doing that so we’ll wait and see if that happens. This is the first technician visit with a payment required. I will see if I get the correct statement in an expedient manner.
