The Terminix technicians do the things that create excellent customer service. They call the day before a call is due to remind us and to make sure there is no need for a change. They send an email with their expected arrival time and their photo. They let us know when they arrive and find out if we have any special requests. When they have completed their service call they let us know what they did, what they found (e.g. wasp nests) and thank us for using Terminix.
Being on time for appointments is not that usual in this area and Terminix works hard to provide that kind of service.
