I wouldn't have another terminate service other than Terminix. But this past few months we were getting mail stating that our services would be canceled if we didn't pay our premium and we had paid our premium. Our local Terminix dealer cleared this up after we had received several letter from (I think) Chicago. So I gave you a nine. And I think our local dealer.

There were a couple of choices I could have gone with, but I'm so glad I went with Terminix . I called you when I got into town at my dad's house and you came out right away and you were on top of a very bad situation ( thank you ) and even though I had to leave town and come back home your still on top of it I get a monthly statement and if need be your guys call me ( thank you )
