They inspect everything and then give you the best choice of action to take. If you decide to go with Terminix they will set up a monthly plan. I've had the Terminix service now for almost 3 years and when I did have a problem they came out and took care of it. I fully trust Terminix Service. All the techs are very professional, knowledgeable and very polite.
