I would have given a higher score if I had been notified prior to the tech showing up at my door for my inspection. Tyler, the tech was great, very persosnable and explained what he had done afterwards.

Nick and Ron were quick to patch a hole in my flue where a raccoon had entered my basement. They next set a trap and captured the critter. They humanely released it far away from my location. So far no further issues. Happy home owner and happy animal.

Richard Mendez is the reason that I keep my service with Terminix. He is familiar with my home, my family, and my pets, and he knows our concerns. Frankly, every time I pay this bill I cringe at the cost, but I stay with your company simply because I feel confident in Richard. His customer service is outstanding and I have not had any issues with pests since he started treating my home.
