The rep and tech were both very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. Turns out that we did not have termites, but we were so impressed with their knowledge and willingness to share information that we contracted to have our house treated for our ongoing problem with ants and some spiders. Two days after the first treatment, we've seen one sickly ant and several spider carcasses. Thank you, Terminex!
