A 10 would mean everything was perfect, in this particular case, it wasn't. I am under contract with Terminix, and dread having to call for service. Inevitably I get a call center where English is a second language. Plus, they don't have a clue as to what you need. The ball was dropped several times in my last interaction with them, from not following through on return calls and/or appointments. This last time I needed a termite specialist and was sent an exterminator for regular service. Thanks to Lenny, at the Tucson Northwest site, he got it straightened out.
