I've been a Terminix customer since 2008 and I've never had a pest problem. The technicians notify you a couple of days before coming out to check the termite bait stations. Terminix has an amazing contract that guarantees if your home is invaded by termites, they will rectify the problem.

John Scism did a great job inspecting my house for termite infestations. He is very good communicator as well.

The inspector, Corey, was very thorough and explained everything that our contract includes and what he would emphasize. The technician, Tommy, was also very thorough and friendly. He was open, honest and made sure we understood everything that was done and would be done. Extremely pleased with what was a very easy experience.
