Like Terminix service but don’t like the way the company set up appointment arbitrarily without any notice to customer as to whether they will even be home at that time. Not the Terminix guy doing the service, but the companies disrespect for the customers time.

Our termite inspection technician, Crystal Pierce, is always on time, polite, thorough with her inspections, and answers our questions to our satisfaction. After realizing we had a problem with squirrels damaging the fascia boards outside our house, she immediately contacted Terminix personnel who came out to our house that very afternoon to discuss remedies.
