Rating is only for technician Michael Rose who seems to be knowledgeable, thorough, and considerate. He has been very effective getting our issues under control and has educated me on how to help maintain in between normal service. For the company, your scheduling process leaves a lot to be desired. I only get notice of my scheduled service the night before so can’t plan other appointments accordingly forcing me to reschedule Terminix. That has to create route challenges for everyone and likely explains why I experience lengthy delays when I need to reschedule or need an extra service.

Hector Salas my service man always sends me a text to inform me when he will be coming and estimated arrival time. If I'm not at home, he will inform me when he arrives and when he has finished the job. A report of the service done is always sent to me. Thank you Hector.
