Would like a call from office to set up annual inspection when I am at home. Scheduling is usually done via text and is very frustrating to have appointments scheduled with our coordinating schedules.
He calls a couple days before to get a good time to come to our house, he’s on time, courteous, explains everything, and we appreciate that it‘s the same person.
When we call the office on questions we have, they always answer in a personable manner or will get back to us same day.
Very nice people.
My Service Tech ,Matt Kuncas, is fantastic. He is knowledgable and clearly explains what was done or needs to be done. He is also thorough in his work and always does a great job. He is a valuable asset to the Terminex team, inm y opinion.
The technician was great, but making the appointment was not. I received a text message with a timeframe that I had told the representative would not work for me. I responded to the text, but unfortunately a call needed to be made.
The representative I spoke with to make the time change was very professional, but it should be much easier and quicker to resolve issues.
