He calls a couple days before to get a good time to come to our house, he’s on time, courteous, explains everything, and we appreciate that it‘s the same person. When we call the office on questions we have, they always answer in a personable manner or will get back to us same day. Very nice people.

The technician was great, but making the appointment was not. I received a text message with a timeframe that I had told the representative would not work for me. I responded to the text, but unfortunately a call needed to be made. The representative I spoke with to make the time change was very professional, but it should be much easier and quicker to resolve issues.
