The general manager (Charles) service tech provided excellent service. Professionalism and compassion to help the customer resolve their pest concerns was also displayed by the estimator and the follow up tech. The customer service reps put a lot of effort into trying to answer questions and serve the customers during the company's transition into one big company. One male rep (don't recall the name) was quite knowledgeable with a passion to help support the customer. There has been many different answers to the same question that I posed. The service is quite costly and it would be nice to have more info available with general range of fees for services. Everyone has a wealth of knowledge about the pests; that is helpful. Thank you.
