If I have a friend who is needing help with pest control, I would have no reason not to refer them to Terminix. Terminix has cared for my home several years and I've been happy with them and If something comes up between services they will be there and take care of the situation. Thumbs up for Terminix!!
Richard Mazique has been always providing GOOD PEST CONTROL SERVICES. My 10-point rating here is just for Pest Control.
In contrast, the Exclusion service is not good at all. The technicians seem not care about their work. They just come and go without inspecting thoroughly even customers tell them about the issue they need to check. The first time they'd said it was too high for them to check, and they would report the issue to the office, but no one was sent after that to check the issue. Another technician came for a periodic check-up said the same thing even though customer had notified the office ahead of time that any technician needed to bring a ladder to check the issue. The same thing happened so many times and the issue remained unfixed. So, we will not renew the Exclusion service as it is just a waste of money. $5,000 is for nothing.
My technician is always punctual, thorough and communicates his arrival and departure times with accuracy. He is very kind when I have questions on how to resolve issues. He has even rearranged his schedule to accommodate my pest control needs. BRAVO Terminix! A name you can TRUST!
this home had a terrible fire ant and tiny black ants problem. we thought the home must have been built over huge mounds. Terminix never gave up, and now for the most part we are ant free, as well as insect free, thanks to Daniel Melchor, out technician.

Extremely fast service and technicians where so experienced and will do a good job with good attitude, field manager David and tech Gerard really worked so hard in tight spots to complete assigned job. They did clean the floor vacuuming.

I originally called to have y'all come out to get rid of some carpenter bees under my Palapa. Was told on the phone after they would be out Monday to take care of it. 2 Terminix guys showed up a tech and a salesman assuming. The tech did the outside of my house while the salesman looked at my bee issue and said Terminix could handle it. Said great let's get started. He told me that another tech would have to come and do that. I'm like i was told it would be today so when will it be done? He said Thursday 5/7/26. I said OK not happy but is what it is, so when Thursday. He responded and said they will call you Wed to advise time. So, it's now Wednesday still have this Carpenter bee issue and have not received any call for tomorrow's appt 5/7/26. Called the Terminix main # spoke to a rep who couldn't find my info after a few minutes he finally did, said he was going to call the salesman directly and put me on hold after a few minutes i hear a phone ringing and voicemail comes on to someone unknown and so i left a message. That was an hour ago so for a new customer not very happy and also paid $649.50 for the Carpenter bee issue and haven't received the service i paid for.
