PLEASE make sure you read this feedback of why I choose a 10 rating. I gave a score of 10 if my friend only needed Terminix for termite coverage ONLY. We have had no issues with Terminix keeping our house controlled from termite infestation. We thank you for that. HOWEVER, for other services, like rats in the attic, I would give a ZERO rating to my friends because I believe we were almost scammed by Terminix when the technician (here for termite inspection) said he went up in the attic and took pictures of rat poop, he said it was fresh, and a perfectly round hole where he said they were coming in. So, we set up an appt with Terminix's professional rat technician to come out and give us a quote on getting rid of them. Now mind you, we have not heard any noise in the attic at all. We have had our regular pest control people here and he went up in the attic and said there was no hole to be seen, the poop was old, and that it was lizard poop. Now, I don't know what kind of scam Terminix is pulling to get them out here to convince the customer that they will need to spend upwards of $3500 to suck out the old insulation, clean it up, seal the hole, and re-insulate but this customer was not going to fall for it. Unfortunately, our neighbor was talked into this scam and he didn't have rats after all. It's just a shame.
