I am so happy that Tyrone is still with Terminex. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I used Terminex years ago with Tyrone being my technician I discontinued service for a few years but I was happy to know he is still with Terminex. It’s important to feel comfortable with people working on/in your home.

It is easy to make an appointment. You don't have to be home. They send a message to let you know what they find and suggestions of things they need to be done are things to look out for. They take pictures to show areas that need to look at and a list of the things they used.

I had a great experience with this company for termite and pests service. The technician, Saul and Antonio, took their time and didn’t rush through the job—he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. What really stood out to me was how clean and respectful they were. A lot of companies leave a mess behind for the homeowner to deal with, but they cleaned up everything before leaving, which I really appreciated. They were also very polite and professional throughout the entire service. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again for future services in our home.
