My technician, Cody, was very nice. He called me to let me know he was at my residence and I'm not sure if I've ever gotten that from other technicians. After the inspection, he called me and told me what he found instead of letting me read it in the Service Ticket. It's the little things that sets one apart from the others and he certainly did!

Whenever a Terminex tech comes to my home for a treatment or an inspection, they always explain what they are going to do and ask if I am having any issues that need to be addressed other than what they are schedule to do. They are always polite and answer any questions I have. They also arrive promptly and call me prior to arrival to let me know they are on the way to my residence Kevin Davis and Joey Fontano always get the job done and that makes me feel like they truly care about me the customer..
