I gave that rating because the service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He would notify me of the results of his work and told me to call Terminex in the next few days if something did not work. I really appreciate his experience and friendliness he provides to the customer.

They did a great job on the barrier mesh to the open chimney, but said there was nothing in the chimney. After they finished, I did start smelling a faint decomposing scent. Using my endoscope up the flue, I did see where there were pieces of a nest made with sticks, large leaves, etc. I did not see an animal, but they took a picture from the top and showed it to me which showed nothing in it but something was in there. After a week, the scent is thankfully subsiding. They did come quickly and had great communication. I have used them for another issue previously this year for a pantry moth invasion (you bring that in from products from the store). The man was wonderful on the phone and said he didn't want to charge me to come out and not be able to do anything about it, so he told me what to do. If you don't know why he couldn't, then Google pantry moths and see why. I really appreciated his honesty and letting me know what to do. It took several weeks to get rid of this because nothing (no spray) kills them besides killing them yourself and it is a constant battle.

Cody Evans, my service tech did a complete and thorough inspection of my home and surrounding grounds during my inspection. He is very polite and was very kind to wait until I got home from an appointment so he could explain what he had done along with pictures. I hope he will continue to be my Terminix technician in thew future.
