Come yearly to inspect my home inside and outside for any evidence of termites. Serviceman was very pleasant. I have one suggestion for your employees. Provide shoe covers before they come into a person's house. We have a few clumps of dirt that came off his shoes.

I have been a customer with Terminix for about 6years. The service has been great and the technician a wonderful person. Always smiling and cheerful and eager to assist in any other areas of pest control that is needed. I don't have any internal issues with pests and that is a good thing.

I would hate to be with out Terminix and their techs. I'm in a rural area and the bugs are horrendous. After their service I know we are a step ahead of the pest. Great job and Comany.

I have been very satisfied with the quarterly spray service I receive. However, Terminex seems to have a disconnect on their termite service. Not being able to speak to someone at our local office is an issue with me. I am told by the termite inspection technician that he has no ability to see or read any notes that customer service would input into the system such as to call customer prior to arriving at residence so resident can meet technician. Also, why would Terminex not want the technician to inspect the inside of the house as well as the bait stations (which I have) all in one visit. That is stupid and inefficient. Reeks of people at the corporate level never having worked out in the field … I don’t know that to be the case here, but see such all the time with large businesses.

Zander does a good job and sprays around the house. We had him also treat inside this time as we had seen some roach droppings. He also knocked some wasps nest down. He does a complete job.
