The exterminator, Gilbert, is GREAT!! Gilbert is not only extremely thorough, but he informs me as to why he’s spending more time in certain areas. He does not rush! He is always professional and courteous. He is the only reason why I have stayed with Terminix. Gilbert is a huge asset to Terminix.
