Quickliy identified the source. Treated the areas affected in reasonable amount of time. Some dead ants were found but no wood filings at this time.

The associate that took care of my insect problem was very thorough, extremely knowledgable, polite, wore covers on his shoes when in my home, made my day when there was a mix-up in the scheduling due to the intake person error and prioritized my needs and was able to facilitate my horrible insect issue. Go Mike!!

My technician is very friendly and thorough. He always reaches out to me regarding any issues I would like addressed and if I need any additional attention to any areas regarding pest control. I am always contacted before the day he comes to let me know and then prior to his arrival and when he has finished. Jose always lets me personally know what he did or saw. I've had him for many years and would highly recommend his services.
