Haven't had mice spiders or ants this year. Should have gotten them to come in sooner.

The gentleman who comes is always courteous and lets us know in advance when he’s coming. This time when he came, he detected a very dangerous situation on our deck and alerted us to it. The support beam was rotting after only eight years! if the deck fell, we would have been seriously injured or killed. I called and reported his excellent observation to the local office and I hope he is recognized for his great observation.

The technician, Ethan, is always polite and very professional. He calls me ahead of time o let me know he is coming which I appreciate. Have used Terminix for16 years and never any problems.
