Cameron came out the same week that that I put in the request for a visit. He let us know what to expect and gave us great advice. Antonio came 3 days later to set the mouse traps and sprayed the interior and exterior of our home. We left our home for 3 hours the same day that Antonio set the traps and when we got back, the mouse was caught! We are so grateful for the great service that you guys have given us and that we’re received! You guys were spot on and efficient. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the great work!

We have been a Terminex client for 9 years. The annual service check ups have gone well & uneventful except for I am personally not fond of the online scheduling so I schedule through our local area branch manager Kelly. He is very kind, supportive & customer care/service oriented. If I go through him the communication goes smoothly & the appointments have gone well! Our service technicians have been prompt, courteous & thorough! We basically have no serious complaints! Thank you Terminex for supporting our choice to protect our property/investment.
