I have had Terminex service for many years and since the original treatment for termites there have been no signs of their returning. Terminex checks every year. The inspectors are very thorough and polite. They always arrive during the time frame they say they will.

What I don’t like is that you automatically schedule my appointment. I have mouse traps need to be checked so the tech always has to come inside so I always have to call to reschedule. I work at home on a certain day of the week. It would be ok to automatically schedule the appointment on that day of that week. Can that be done?
