The technician, Chris, was super helpful as I asked him to check my attic in addition to his outdoor spraying. Going into my attic is difficult and I really appreciated his help. He found and removed several mice and placed new traps.
Excellent Service Tech, always accommodating my needs, provides full service on each visit, and is always courteous and friendly.
Billing department, not so much.
In general, when I call with a problem it gets addressed in addition to the quarterly services we get with both termite and regular pest protection programs.
The service was good however setting the appointment date was terrible! They gave me a date of May 22 from 8AM till 12 PM .
No one showed up! Then it was changed to the
23rd then to the 24 from 1PM to 3 PM then the service person called me to tell me he would be a little late. Once he arrived he did a good job.
This was very frustrating and ruined two days
Of the week for me.
Dan was very professional, he answered all my questions. The crew was also very professional and gave us assurances about the baby birds having left their nest.
