The technician, Chris, was super helpful as I asked him to check my attic in addition to his outdoor spraying. Going into my attic is difficult and I really appreciated his help. He found and removed several mice and placed new traps.

The service was good however setting the appointment date was terrible! They gave me a date of May 22 from 8AM till 12 PM . No one showed up! Then it was changed to the 23rd then to the 24 from 1PM to 3 PM then the service person called me to tell me he would be a little late. Once he arrived he did a good job. This was very frustrating and ruined two days Of the week for me.
