The technician (Joe P.) was very thorough explaining why certain things happen and when to call Terminix for additional treatments. He spent time looking at the rodent droppings to analyze problems. Great customer service!

For the past 6 years the technicians assigned to my property had been professional and ethical in servicing my property. Except for the end, where I had to escalate to a branch supervisor, who was excellent addressing my issues, the customer service reps have also been supportive. At the end, when failing to negotiate the transfer of my contract to the prospective owners, some representatives tried to take advantage of the situation and were trying to coerce me to leave the stations in the property, although the prospective owners had declined. This led to my belief that some sale negotiations were going to be intended and that in my opinion was not ethical or proper procedure. Other than that hiccup, It has been a pleasure to have you servicing my property for termites prevention. Thank you.
