I love this store. They always have the parts I need. The best part is the "tips & tricks" they ALWAYS give on part installation. I work on a lot of bikes, but it is not every day. Plus, I'm getting older, so I forget stuff. The mini refresher course is appreciated. Teaching is a management directive. Much respect to the owner.

This is a great shop where they go out of their way to help you beyond just selling you stuff. I buy parts and do most of my own mechanical work. They're always helpful with advice if I am unsure about something.

Thank you for taking your time to show us several bikes my son was interested in and letting him try them out. You made sure that his new bike fit properly, helped him pick out the color and style he liked. You ordered and received the bike very fast (next day) and had it assembled and ready to ride by the end of the week. Thank you for taking the time to show us how to use all the features of the new bike and explaining everything. He loves his new bike and we are already enjoying bike rides together as a family with the new bike. Thank you!

Great options for bikes, from casual riders like myself to more experienced riders. The employees (Steve the owner and his son) are very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. Experience getting the bikes was so wonderful.

We went in for a new bike. Having an idea of what he wanted. But Deb sized him and had him try out several bikes including an e-bike which if he had better work hours and worked closer to home would have been great. But he settles on a Townie EQ and loves it. Has went on several rides already

Marty and Steve are the BEST! They are both very helpful and knowledgable with all of their bikes. We just purchased our 5th bike from them and this last purchase being our second E-Bike. We have loved all of our bikes and have never been disappointed with any of our purchases. We keep adding more and more miles to our workouts with each bike so a BIG shout of THANKS to Tern of the Wheel for keeping us active!!
