Staff was extremely helpful and took the time to show us all of the e-bike options available and then tailor choices to our size and biking style. We were able to test drive multiple models and try different seat and handle bar choices! I love this store. They always have the parts I need. The best part is the "tips & tricks" they ALWAYS give on part installation. I work on a lot of bikes, but it is not every day. Plus, I'm getting older, so I forget stuff. The mini refresher course is appreciated. Teaching is a management directive. Much respect to the owner.

This is a great shop where they go out of their way to help you beyond just selling you stuff. I buy parts and do most of my own mechanical work. They're always helpful with advice if I am unsure about something.

Thank you for taking your time to show us several bikes my son was interested in and letting him try them out. You made sure that his new bike fit properly, helped him pick out the color and style he liked. You ordered and received the bike very fast (next day) and had it assembled and ready to ride by the end of the week. Thank you for taking the time to show us how to use all the features of the new bike and explaining everything. He loves his new bike and we are already enjoying bike rides together as a family with the new bike. Thank you!
