We really love Ms. Roshini and Ms. Ana. Our son absolutely loves them too. I also love that my son comes home clean and well cared for. This is VERY important for us and shows a level of care that is hard to come by these days. Please keep it up. I also appreciate that the school is partnering with us for potty training.
We love the school, location, and teachers and are so sad to see the community in a state of chaos. As a person who has worked in education, I understand how frustrating it can be to work hard and not feel heard by admin or paid enough. I want all staff members to be respected, trained extensively, and compensated fairly. I want my child to be safe and also educated by staff members who have skills and compassion and who are happy!
I love how independent they have made my 4yo! Hes been there since he was 2 and has all of the life style skills that a 4yo could need and some! He is also super friendly and giving to other kids even when e is at the pool! He always looks out for younger kids! I also love that he is learning both spanish and sign language!
We love the teachers and we love the school. I don’t think the Endeavor Schools parent company supports the teachers or schools enough. They are making changes, including changing calendars and not providing classroom resources, that will hurt the teachers and retention. I implore Endeavor to improve teacher pay, vacation days and budget given to the school for supplies, toys and activities.
The experience and attention the teachers put towards the kids. The teachers' work is what I value the most. They are great professionals. I'm glad my daughter is there.
I'm sure the teachers are enabled by great leadership and infrastructure to make it possible. I imagined Montessori would be really beneficial; however, I'm still surprised to see how it's influenced her life. I'm very positive about it.
I appreciate the warmth of the staff and their expertise in early childhood education. They love the kids and are easy to communicate and collaborate with to help our little ones grow and learn.
We absolutely love TBMC. The teachers and staff are phenomenal and create such a nurturing environment for my daughter and her classmates. It is frustrating to me that the increasing tuition is not going directly into the pockets of the teachers who directly impact children each day. As a teacher myself, my biggest piece of feedback would be to direct more money of our already costly tuition into the pockets of teachers.
The teachers are incredible. Take our increased tuition and give it to them instead of increasing profits for Endeavor or increasing pay for Endeavor corporate staff who don’t spend any time whatsoever in the classroom. I would recommend this Baltimore Montessori school to anyone but I would not recommend Endeavor. I hope the school gets bought back by local ownership. You can absolutely not use my name to promote Endeavor however I will use my name to advocate for the teachers and for Baltimore Montessori itself and advocate against Endeavor until you pay our teachers more with our increased tuition.
I like the small size and that everyone knows my child’s name. It’s also well kept and clean. My child comes home happy, clean, and wants to go back the next day. He also learns a lot at school! We hear new words and phrases weekly :)
