I was very very sad to hear that the midtown location was closing. I feel it is in a very easy, accessible location. It was very spacious and clean as well! From what I have heard the Soho studio is less than ideal when compared to the midtown. I unfortunately don't know if I will make it all the way down there as it is pretty far from my day to day activities.
I love the classes - very effective and you see results when you are consistent. The midtown studio is beautiful (very clean, modern and spacious). Very sad to see it close.
I like Katie d- terrific teacher. Pretty place, nice personnel clean.my only suggestion since I live in Miami beach and I come to Nyc one week per month I wish we could buy classes with one year expiration . Soho site great too
I liked the availability of times... It was very flexible with my work schedule since I never knew what time I got off of work. The instructors were all very good and pushed me and one was actually entertaining. Everyone was professional and knowledgable. I felt like I was given proper and safe instruction where I could optimize my potential and work target muscles, which is important to me as I've had many injuries and hip/knee surgery. The music was great too!
Extremely clean facility. Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Brittany is a WONDERFUL teacher--makes class fun and challenging while being super motivating
I went to the Midtown location on a Thursday morning for the first time. The studio was incredibly clean, well air conditioned, and beautiful. I took class with Nikki, who was energetic, encouraging, and hands on in making corrections. The class was challenging, but Nikki's descriptions and demonstrations of how to perform the various moves was very helpful. I've taken barre classes at studios throughout the city and find myself frequenting Exhale, Physique 57, and Pop Physique most often, but I think The Bar Method is my new favorite!!
