Your staff mechanic on duty was wonderful. She helped fit me and my hybrid bike with a new saddle which she took the time to install, level and adjust for a perfect fit. I recommend Bicycle Cellar highly, and look forward to stopping into the shop the next time I’m in the area. Andy L.

I found this bike shop on line. I read a lot of the reviews and decided to bring my bike in for a tune up. I walked into a warm greeting, and they were very helpful. Received a text and email saying the bike was ready for pick up. Upon returning for pick up was greeted again very friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop. They even recommended a place to get a hitch for my car.

Thank you so much for accommodating my impromptu bike rental! I was sad to learn that the Free Bike initiative in Simsbury is no longer a thing. I truly appreciate that you offer rentals.
