I brought my bike into the shop for service. I had tried to go for a ride earlier in the day and found I was not able to shift into low gear. The staff repaired the problem that day and I was back on the road the next morning and the shifting has never been smoother and easier. Fantastic, friendly service.

They provide the services I need in a timely manner. The last six bikesI bought there were all readily available. The made modifications to my Madone per my request to get the bike to fit perfectly. They prepared a spare set of gravel ready wheels for my Domane- in a very short time.
