Had a flat tire and a technician fixed it right away and updated my other tire with sealant and new valve. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Doesn’t get any better than that.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the personal touch the customer receives when purchasing a bike or bike accessories and equipment. They make the customer feel like their buying power means alot and that they are needed and welcomed and wanted.

I went into the store and was met by Bill who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with the bike and rack that we were interested in and gave me a good price for my trade in. We will be going back there for our bike needs in the future.

I bought my first Trek mountain bike from you in the 1990-92 time period and rode it often. It was white and not really my color preference, but the bike was excellent in every way, and that's what mattered the most. I felt pretty safe on the bike trails. I just purchased from you my second Trek bike, and Aaron was great in allowing me to consider all of the options. My first Trek was too expensive to repair as it turned out, and so buying a new one actually made better sense. The Verve 1 is probably going to be perfect for me. I have not had the chance to ride it yet, but at 74 years old, I believe this style bike is best suited for my purposes and safety. Aaron is a kind man who cares about his customers and who took the time to show and explain everything. I greatly appreciate that. I also appreciate being included in the Bicycle Connection customer database for so many years.
