I love my E-bike. I have had some bad luck since getting my bike in August of 2025. 2 blown tires and then the chain coming off, but Dave at the Trek bike shop has been a godsend. He even picked me up once when I was stranded with one of the flats. Repaired it so fast I was back on the road in no time. Being able to ride without struggling on the windy days that happen so often is great and I can enjoy the ride and fresh air a lot longer and ride much farther. Best investment ever!

Brought in a mountain bike from the 90’s that needed a little TLC and a tuneup…rotting grips , break pads, tires and inner tubes. Dave did a fantastic job bringing it back to life…I highly recommend his work!

Owner was very friendly helpful and explained everything that I asked of him. While I was waiting to have my bike serviced, I was trying out the electric bikes, which each time I came back with one of the E. Bikes, He had another one outside waiting for me, so I tried three different types of E bikes, which gave me a good idea of what I like and need.. the area out there for trying out these bikes or any bike is fantastic. Very low traffic dead end roads, etc.. Rick N.

I was Leary about getting an E-bike, but now that I have one I ask myself "what took you so long?" I have severe nerve damage in my feet and pedaling a regular bike was painful and difficult, not to mention all the normal things encountered while biking, mainly wind and hills. I really didn't like going out to bike as much as I wanted to because it was too hard. Now that I have an e-bike, it has made biking fun and enjoyable and I don't have to dread going out and even trying to ride because it is so easy now. My bike is a beautiful blue-green color, it's very easy to use the controls and it's so comfortable. The bike was in the bike shop and I picked it right away, and Dave the one who owns it is always so accommodating to fix anything that needs to be done. Great experience all around!!
