Very friendly staff who helped me narrow down my choice and recommended accessories to suit my needs. The store carried both of the brands of bicycle I was interested in, so it was very convenient to come in and see the differences in person.

Colin, Alex, and another male staff (sorry didn’t catch his name) were super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during my search for a hybrid bike and accessories. Test ride and trying on the helmets were also very helpful for a cycling newbie like me. The mechanical crew worked super fast like magic. Fitting with Chris was also eye-opening and inspiring. So grateful for their awesome support and the great community feel of the store. This was my first “good” bike and looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Excellent team - service, sales advice, bike fitting! They are one of the few stores that carry both Trek & Specialized. And they allow you to take test rides which are so valuable for choosing the right bike and model. Their service department is the best I’ve dealt with. Great knowledge and skills.

I purchased a bike a year ago, and the overall experience until this day is nothing but great. Fitting was very precise, they didn't give up until we got it perfect. The maintenance team is very friendly and professional, and they never sell a service that isn't required, even if I thought it is and asked for it.
