You've got the small accessories and nutrition on the product side. Your service department excels at listening to the needs of the rider, fixing what they ask for and doing a bit more to make sure the bike feels great when it comes back.

Experienced and knowledgeable service staff. Hollister helped me with the my service, I felt I was in good hands. I can tell they did a thorough tune-up. Front rotor was rubbing brake pad but I can fix it.

Your repair team is terrific! My only problem is squeezing in an appointment, due to their popularity. Most of your sales team is good. Especially the more youthful ones. A couple of the older guys act like they’re doing you a favor, and I don’t care for that treatment.

Went into the shop wanting a new saddle but had no idea what size or type of saddle to get. Without needing to ask, Collin came over and helped me get a sit bone measurement and recommended a saddle. Immediately after trying the new saddle, I knew that was the fix to my discomforts. This visit completely changed my riding experience for the better. Overall I highly recommend this store. Amazing service and great products!
