Both sales and repair staffs are highly knowledgeable regarding older bike models and accessories as well as current and future trends. Both staffs are willing to jump in and answer customer questions: there is no us vs them. The bike fitting by Chris is invaluable to ensure customer happiness and avoid injury. Customer satisfaction beyond the first sale is also highly valued. They want your repeat business and make you part of the family of friendly bike nerds. It's like Starbucks for cyclists. You want to be there to share experiences, see old friends and make new ones.

While building a bike the service and attention to detail was super solid. Mike did a fantastic job as we negotiated all the options and kept me aware of progress. Chris, fit me on my bike and initially it was a bit uncomfortable, however, some of my little pains went away and now I really like the position. Great bike shop!
