We are so thankful to have such a great bike store nearby. I appreciate that the item I needed was in stock and the staff were so friendly in helping me install it on my bike.

From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right e-bike for my needs. I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to walk me through the options clearly and patiently — no pressure, just great advice.
A special thanks to the e-bike section manager, who went above and beyond. Their expertise made all the difference. Not only did they help me select the perfect e-bike, but they also ensured it was fitted correctly and adjusted to suit my comfort and riding style. They even provided me with great recommendations on accessories, such as a bike radar, phone mount, and a bike lock, that have proven incredibly useful.

The staff are unusually friendly and very helpful. I had two bikes serviced, everything was on time and well done. I have had two bike fittings, they were the best. Chris listens, makes recommendations and adjustments that WORK. I have not had results like that previously. The store is one hour from where I live. Every time the trip is well worth it.
Most bicycle shops do not know how to run a business. This one does.
excellent customer service. The problem was (is?) and intermittent electrical connection error which was resolved by cleaning the connection between the TCU and battery.
This problem resurfaced later the next day after recharging the battery and showed the same error codes on the TCU. After TCU restart, the error lights went away.
Thanks!. Hopefully I don't need to come in again for this same intermittent problem!
