The service guys and the guys on the sales side are peasant to work with, and they really know what they are doing. They are good listeners, and they can help a wide spectrum of cyclists: just a bit of leisurely riding to extensive touring or racing. I moved to this area over 10 years ago have been very happy ever since with my LBS.
