excellent customer service. The problem was (is?) and intermittent electrical connection error which was resolved by cleaning the connection between the TCU and battery.
This problem resurfaced later the next day after recharging the battery and showed the same error codes on the TCU. After TCU restart, the error lights went away.

Experienced and knowledgeable service staff. Hollister helped me with the my service, I felt I was in good hands. I can tell they did a thorough tune-up. Front rotor was rubbing brake pad but I can fix it.
