Very friendly staff and always helpful. Not the place to go for a cheap bicycle. This store sells high quality bicycles that will last. Do yourself a favor and spend some extra money on a quality bicycle. You won't regret it. I purchased my Trek Fx from them back in 2017 and it's still going strong after hundreds of miles in 2025. I also purchased a Burley Bee trailer for my kids years ago and it's still going strong.

Chris was great! I came in because I had an old bike that I wanted to get fixed up and road ready. Chris informed us truthfully that the bike was not in good shape and that the costs put into the bike would be better used toward a new one. I knew it prior to coming in, however Chris confirmed it. He went very thoroughly into the differences between the types of bikes. I let him know what I wanted and he informed me about the best bike that I should get for my current situation. He was not pushy at all and gave us space to look and decide. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise and a great experience. For any of my bike needs, I will be going to The Bicycle Shop!
