Jason and his team are all very friendly. When it comes to knowledge they are very willing to provide answers they have, or seek answers they need from those that have them. The store has been a go-to for quality parts and service when I've ever been in need. At the Bike and Trike, being able to work with people that have experience biking, only makes the experience that much better.
