Jamie was the staff member that worked with me back in December to pick out a bike. He listened carefully to my criteria that I would need for a new bike and then offered a number of options. I appreciated that he was very knowledgeable and that he found one that was a great fit. Then I flew back home to Ontario and he kept in communication with me when the bike was ordered and assembled. I picked it up yesterday and Jamie it was all ready to go and Jamie showed me some thnigs I should know about my new bike. From the very beginning I have felt like a valued customer and I have this sense that the Bike Barn is a place where knowledgeable and competent staff enjoy what they do and who always care about their customers! BTW….I love my new Opus!
