The staff is knowledgeable. They guide you without being pushy and make recommendations that benefit you as a rider and sometimes with nothing in it for them. This is the kind of service which is rare today.

First, Thank you to everyone at The Bike Haven for taking their time and making our bike like new again. We love the hometown feeling you get once you step into the shop. The two gentlemen that helped me out were absolutely top notch! Very professional and respectful. My wife was ecstatic when she came home and saw her bike sitting in the garage. Everytime she sees the bike, she makes a comment about how great it looks and what an amazing job the guys at The Bike Haven have done. Spring can't get here quick enough for her. I was an out of state buyer and they did me a great service by Packing and arranging a special shipping service to deliver my bike for me at a very very reasonable price.
